[DeTomaso] Adding gauges

I was going to modify my gauge set up to the later style ( shown on the
wilkinson catolouge) Where the gauges are spread left to right in sted of
top to bottom. Wilkinson sells a replacement for the lower section of the
center dash and the gauge face plate
