[DeTomaso] Thermostat question

Hi everyone as I know this question has been asked several times before- but Im brain farting- so here we go-

#1-What pressure radiator cap should be used on the Panteras ?? 
I here its 13-16#'s  and then Hall Pantera says  22-24# racing cap - so which is it ?

#2-The second question is can we use the american verison radiator cap on the original pressure side of the tank ?
