[DeTomaso] Crankcase Evacuation System

How does this system get fresh air into the crankcase? I see two outs with
no in. 

A normal system pulls fumes out through the PCV valve and has fresh air
coming in through the other valve cover - either through a hose to the air
filter or a cap with some type of filter media. One valve cover has fresh
air in and the other valve cover has crankcase fumes going out through the
PCV valve to the base of the carb or a port on the intake manifold.
