[DeTomaso] New Noise In Ely

I just arrived in Ely after driving 500 miles from Southern California for Sunday's Silver State Classic and I have a new noise. I don't like new noises, especially when I'm 500 miles from home. I get a bearing sound now when I engage the clutch. Kind of like a throwout bearing. No noise when I depress the clutch or the clutch is all the way out, only during the clutch engagement process as I launch. The first time it happened, it was so quiet, I wasn't sure I heard anything. The next two times confirmed that somethings not working right. At first, it didn't happen everytime I let out the clutch. Now it seems to be more consistent. If it is the throwout bearing, do I stay and run on Sunday and limp home on Monday, or do I just decide to limp home tomorrow. I don't mind pulling the ZF, I just don't really want to do it in the Hotel Nevada parking lot. Any thoughts??
