[DeTomaso] More cruise control issues

I don't know the characteristics of the sensor SOB sent you, but if it 
is like the three wire VDO hall sensor I'm using for my EFI, then the 
output signal is an open collector signal, and it needs a pull-up 
resistor to work properly.

Bill should know and chime in.
