[DeTomaso] Thermostat test

That's what I do with mine. If you buy a T-stat from Stewart Components,
they are drilled. According to Stewart Components "This also allows air to
escape on initial system fill making bleeding the cooling system much
easier."

while not scientific, used to drill 3 holes in the Tstat for most engines I
built, seldom had boil over problems
