[DeTomaso] hot start problem solved

Okay, just got back to email this morning.

So, SOBills explanation is sound and Mike Drew's observation that it 
can't be heard in the cabin is most likely why I've not heard this and 
suspected something is wrong as yet.  Since the car is in the garage 
waiting for inspections of other items, I'll take the opportunity to 
re-wire the starter.
