Your clutch is definitely dragging; whether that's because it wasn't 
properly adjusted when you put the clutch in, or because the master cylinder 
and/or slave cylinder have degraded, it's impossible to know.

I suspect your problem will easily be fixed by merely adjusting the clutch 
linkage.
