    By solid, I meant one single solid disk with the pads on opposite faces of the disk, like most motorcycle rotors.  I think you are distininguishing between drilled and un-drilled, vented rotors?

Ken.
The Wilwoods are a solid piece at least 1/4" thick one on
the outside and one on the inside with a venting system
between that is approx 1/2" wide.... but the rotors 
are solid on each side... no holes as the venting system
goes between them.. I call these solid rotors but I guess
you would also say they are vented just to clairify...
The Mustang is the similar but not as big
