[DeTomaso] Need Water Pump Torque Specs

I need to know the torque required for the water pump bolts.  I've got an
aluminum water pump on a standard Cleveland block.  Twice in the last year
they've loosened themselves, so I'm guessing they're not tight enough to
take the heat cycling.
