[DeTomaso] Dead In The Water

It is possible that the interlock could drag the Run bus down  and thus 
cause the engine to quit. 
 
Referring to the diagram at

(http://www.panteraplace.com/Electrical/STARTER%20INTERLOCKS%20AND%20OVERRIDE.pdf) :
 
Pull the Gray wire from Fuse #11 (second from the  bottom).
 
At the Starter Interlock Override (front trunk, front left side)  pull the 
Red and the Red/Black wires off the interlock and connect them  together.
 
Now the interlock has no connection to the Run bus and the ignition  switch 
Start position goes straight to the starter solenoid.
