Has anyone had experience with the Pantera Electronics headlight controller?
I installed one and I am running into some problems. I plan on contacting
them for tech support but today is Sunday and I hate to waste a nice day
while waiting for them to be available . Also I wanted to 'Undo everything
" and reinstall my relay setup because I installed cats eye hid lights at
the same time so I would like to isolate the problem. I know it's not a good
idea to change two things at once. I should have put in the new lights first
and made sure they were working properly but my need for instant
gratification got in the way of my intellectual thought process.Asa person
with years of professional sales experience I know you should never allow
emotions influence decisions that should be based on cold hard facts and not
to deviate from Standard operating procedure because you"can't wait" to have
something. Now the ultimate fruits of my labors will take three times as
long.Removing and reinstalling the headlight buckets is a bitch and my arms
are beat to hell from squeezing into the space to r+r the nuts that hold the
buckets in place 3 0r 4 times in the past two days. I have written to SObill
but I don't know if he will be answering e-mail on mothers day so does
anybody know the correct wiring for the headlight relay for a 73. Also does
any one have a replacement part number or make and model of the relay? I'm
afraid mine is toast. I know which wires go to he relay I just need to know
which color goes to which of the numbered terminals. Any help will be
appreciated. You can chalk up helping me to a "mothers day" good deed, I am
obviously not a mother but I have been called a "mother ****er " on many
occasions so I should get at least partial credit for holiday. As any of you
who are among the ranks of the divorced you know you have been screwed out
of just about everything else so it's only fair to grab a little"Mothers
Day" for our side!
( no sour grapes if you are among the happily married god bless you,if you
are among the Happily Single and never been married Congratulations!!!!)
