[DeTomaso] Midstate Battery Testers

I wish to get a small portable midtstate batteyr tester cheaply on Ebay.

I see a multitude of choices and need to keep it less than 150, the cheaper the better as long as it checks everything.  Does anyone have one or know anything about all the different models?
