The point Thomas is trying to make is that regardless of the shape of the 
blade, turning the blade around doesn't change the direction of the airflow--it 
just impacts the efficiency of the fan.   For a given fan blade, regardless of 
orientation, the only way to change the *direction* of the flow is to reverse 
the wires and thus reverse the direction that the blade spins.

That's 'all' fans BTW...:>)
