[DeTomaso] radiator baffle

Opened up my radiator and first discovered there was a baffle inside horisontal on the driver side. Took off the other end where the innlet and outlett pipes are. Found 2 baffles in this end. The innlet and outlet pipes are also relocatet to the wherry top and bottom of the Radiator?
I am wondering on why the pipes on these Pantera Radiators are located  like they are ? Anybody have any idea?
