[DeTomaso] What's up with reverse

Yep, it a CNC. I found rebuild kits for $32 or new units for $61. It's worth the extra $30 for me not to mess with rebuilding. I'll start stretching my back out now to get ready for laying under the dash for extended periods of time!

Thanks for all your help.

Ian

The car has an aftermarket master that looks like billet aluminum. It was on the car when I bought it so I am not sure where it came from. I think I remember seeing it it an old Hall catalog though.

  >>>Sounds like the CNC master cylinder; you probably saw it on the PIM website.

So, can I get rebuild kits for these or should I just get a new one?

If I get a new one, who sells a good larger bore master?

  >>>Hmm. I'm a fan of the factory units myself, but your car has been modified to take the CNC unit so your best bet may be to just stick with it, and buy a new one if necessary.
