I was always told the best way to break an
engine in is how you are going to drive it.
I did mine on the track a few years back in
Vegas.  I did baby it as I kept the 6000 chip
in it for the first time on the track...
The worse thing is to drive it at a constant 
speed or Rpm... you want the rings to break
in going up in speed and down in compression
HIlls are great for this.... Going up to 100 and 
then letting it go back down are good... or do 
it by driving in a lower gear on the freeway going
up and down...
