Your tale of woe turns my stomach.  I want blood!  As others have suggested...

1. File a police report
2. Drive over to Buckley and Black Diamond and start scouting for your car (ask the local gas station attendants if they've seen it around)
3. Take some blood pressure meds so you don't do something stupid when you find this idiot
4. Call the police as soon as you locate the car
