[DeTomaso] Brake upgrade

 I am working on a project to upgrade my brakes using Brembo Porsche 996T
calipers ( which were the 911 Turbo calipers). Ken Green has been
developing  mounting brackets and new rear billet carriers.
I am concerned that I will be unable to remove the rear carriers and the
half shafts and everything else needed to remove and replace the rear
rotors. I would like to try to find some POCA or list members that live
nearby that are capable  and would be willing to help me do the job. I can't
even find any professional mechanics that are experienced with Panteras and
qualified to do this job . I would be willing to pay  to have it done if I
could afford somebody qualified that was not charging brain surgery prices.
Due to my broken leg I have been without income for 1 1/2 months and will be
for  1 1/2 more at the minimum according to my orthopedic specialist.. So if
anyone can make a suggestion I would appreciate it. I am on Long Island near
garden city.
