The headlight and window motors, and drive mechanisms, are French in
origin, made by Ducillier. I know they are used on numerous other Italian cars
(Ferrari/Maserati/Lamborghini all use them), and I know the Citroen SM used
them also. I know less than nothing about French cars and thus couldn't
begin to hazard a guess as to the original source for these things however.

You can rest assured that they will be cheaper from Pantera sources than
ANY other possibility. When I was at Retromobile in Paris (giant indoor
classic car show), a Citroen parts vendor had Pantera-style brass gears for
sale, and I think they were about $60-70 each, as opposed to the $30-35 that the
USA Pantera vendors get.

And do you guys remember the Genuine Lamborghini Miura SV window motor
(identical to a Pantera motor--in fact it wouldn't surprise me if it actually
came OUT of a Pantera) that sold on E-bay for something like $700?

Mike
