[DeTomaso] Towing service (Re: Another Hagerty plug)

And there I think you hit the crux of the problem.  It's the  
shop/towing service that AAA contracts with.  I know in my area it was  
some years ago AAA was beginning to get a black eye due to similar  
complaints, damaged cars and inconsiderate rig operators.  As I  
recall, they terminated contracts with several companies, provided  
some training and things shaped up a lot.

But yea... I've heard bad stories about AAA before, and expect I will  
in the future.
