[DeTomaso] MSD "Lazer Gauges"

Boyd (and anyone else),
 
    Give me a list of which MSD gauges you want, and I'll see what kind of deal I can get.  I think they still have:
 
2 5/8 100 PSI oil pressure
2 5/8 250 def f water temp
2 5/8 fuel level
2 5/8 volt and amp
2 1/16 30 PSI boost
2 1/6 250 deg F trans temp (I think this can be used for oil temp also if 250 is high enough)
 
5 inch 10,000 RPM tach
5 inch 8,000 RPM tach with 25 PSI boost
3 5/8 10,000 RPM tach
3 5/8 8,000 RPM tach
 
These are all selling for $200+, but I think I can get them for about $50 each

Last time that strategy backfired. It must have been you that found the great deal on the fuel /air gauge and said you had bid $75.00 and gotten one. I went on right after your post and bid for two at $75 ( thinking someone else on the list might want one and in fact Chris Difani did) anyway I bid for two at $75 each and they came back at me with $125 each. I finally got them for $100 each but I was pissed. I told them people from our Group (POCA) were the reason there was a spike in their orders for that gauge and that someone had emailed all of us and in the interest of continued business and fair play they should honor the price. They didn't go for it.$100 ea was still a good price though. Thanks for the tip.

I think we can get almost any of them for about $50 each.  I think they will sell for a little less if several are bought.

I bought the MSD air / fuel gauge but have not installed it yet . It is very cool and I am looking forward to putting it in. What other MSD gages do you have available.?

    It occurred to me that with the right interface, and a overlay over the face of the gauge, they could be adapted to a wide range of uses.  I found a detailed patent on the technology.  If anyone is interested in playing with them, drop me an email and I'll email the patent.  I have a source for several basic models (no speedometer) for around $50 each.
