18" wheels are no problem front or rear.  My car is a stock non flared car and I have 18x10 with 6"bs on rear with a 295 currently.  I am in the process of building new wheels that will be 18x11 with 6.5"bs with 335's.  I also have 18x8 with 4.75bs on front.
