[DeTomaso] Koni shock bushings?

Not trying to be a smart ass but,
Kinda like our metal/rubber suspension bushings? At $13/$20 apiece? You'd think a company might look at a off the shelf (in this case bushing) rather then a hard to replace costly, if you can find one bushing at $40/$45 apiece?
Just a thought.

Well, they're not just rubber bushings.  They are an inner and outer steel sleeve with rubber bonded in between them, so it's not trivial to manufacture them, as it would be just pouring rubber into a mold.
