[DeTomaso] protective lug nut sockets

Nope.   The stock ones on a Pantera were 22mm, both the early ones (which 
had the De Tomaso logo stamped in the end) and the later plain ones.   I have 
both styles, both factory original.   

Supposedly (and I have no reason not to believe it), the 'standard' lug nut 
size for an M12 stud is 19mm, but De Tomaso chose 22mm.

I've never heard of a 20mm lug nut.

I believe some of the aftermarket lug nuts are in inch size (perhaps even 
13/16).
