Check out what I found:

The suspect follows you in his van - CREEPY!

Go to google street view (1550 Walnut Ave, Antioch, CA) 

Move down Walnut Ave to Bown Lane, out to Viera, and then look back, the van
that was parked at the suspect address is following you.  This is probably
the suspect in the van.
Note the shadow in the van when parked at the house.
