They're called french locks because they really don't do anything, they're
not there when you need them, and I haven't found one I like.
Lockwire is the best solution, but one I haven't gotten to yet.

Called french locks and they're only reuseable a few times. Tony had allen
bolts on his rear calipers so french locks wouldn't have worked. But
safety-wire is better anyway if more expensive. Good luck on your
