This is a -2. Do you know if any standard auto parts stores would stock a tool?
They used ZF's on Beemer's, right?

  Dan,

  If you have a -1 ZF you will also have a "Chevy" clutch disc and will need a Chevy alignment tool.

  -1 transmission shaft is 1 1/8 inches with 10 splines
  -2 transmission shaft is 1 1/16 inches with 10 splines
