I'm not sure what your point is?  But please keep in mind that zero PSI absolute is an absolute.  There is no physical negative absolute pressure.  So no matter how big of a fan you put on a cooler or air intake, once the suction reaches (or approaches) absolute zero, you can't increase air flow.

Well w/o being a smart aleck, the engine is nothing but an air pump, so it
sucks it in, the rads have fans that pull it in, plus now that we started
all this, the engineers lurking out there will start chiming in with mumbo
jumbo about heat dissipation, heat rising, evaporative cooling, etc. and
other stuff with funny little symbols.
