Possibly not, but you can check it a few ways: 
Cheap way- CAREFULLY hang the thing from a beam in the garage or a tree limb- 
(it weighs 52+ lbs!) and tap it on a few of the counterweights with a steel 
hammer. If it's OK, it will ring like a bell. If its cracked, you'll get a dull 
thud with the hammer.
Expensive way- magneflux at an engine shop, who may also be able to ID it. 
Most common third way- build it into a motor with your fingers crossed until 
you stress it and it doesn't immediately become two-or-more-piece! Good luck-
