[DeTomaso] Private Messaging on POCA website

The POCA website now supports Private Messaging (PM).  It allows you to
send messages to other registered users without having to know their
e-mail address or user name.

You can access the PM from the left side of the home page once you log
in or from the My Profile section of the POCA web forum.  You can go
there directly at
http://www.poca.com/index.php/component/uddeim/?task=inbox

To send a message, click on the Compose link.  Just type a name or list
of names(s) e.g. "Mike Drew, Larry Finch, Mark McWhinney" There is
auto-completion and look-up if you are not sure of the spelling.  Click
the Show User link if you want to see who is registered.

By default, you get an e-mail notification when you receive a PM, but
that can be disabled if you wish.
