The cert was not created by one of the high level corporate entities  
that pays Microsoft for Green bar certification.  The cert was created  
by Asa Jay Incorporated with 2048 bit encryption.  You will note that  
the store is also hosted by Asa Jay Incorporated.  If you went to the  
store from the POCA main site, then you read this notice already.  I  
refuse to pay $500 for a cert from a "trusted" authority, just to give  
the green bar in IE7.  I have been investigating other cert  
possibilities (all costing some measure of money) but until then,  
you'll get a red bar because I don't pay Microsoft for green bar  
certification, and I haven't purchased a "trusted" cert from a  
"trusted cert authority.  You can click in IE to see the cert details  
if you like.

When POCA restructures the main site and is able to incorporate the  
store (which we are unable to at this time), then POCA will purchase a  
cert for the entire site and you will get a green bar.
