[DeTomaso] To thermostat or not to thermostat

A street engine should always use a thermostat. If the coolant is too cold
then it will accelerate wear. Also, the engine may not run right if it is
too cold. An engine should have a coolant temp of 180 to run properly.
Race engines dont use a thermostat because they are always under stress and
running hot anyway. On a cold day, your coolant may only get up to 120
without a thermostat.
