That's stone stock. Billet axles are solid. Once they axles're out, clean up 
the area that ran inside the bearings. You'll need a vernier micrometer that 
reads 1.5-2" to   the fifth decimal; the measurement is 1.5748"- 1.5753". Pro 
machine shops sometimes have this tool, but not always. What you'll probably 
find is a pair of 'wagon-tracks' worn in the steel shaft where the bearings 
touched. Rule of Thumb: if your fingernail catches in either worn area, that axle 
will wobble with new bearings. It only takes about 0.001" of wear to cause a 
wobble which only gets deeper and more pronounced with time. Good luck- J
