[DeTomaso] MME ENGINE - JESEL ROCKER ARM FAILURE

OK so after only around 2000 street miles two of the Jesel Aluminum Shaft Rocker arms fail on my MME 427 Clevor. One intake and one exhaust on two
seperate cylinders both cylinders on the passenger side bank. The motor was run-in by MME, dynoed by MME with 10-12 pulls, and hot lash adjusted by
MME. I was there for all of this except for the run-in. Since that time the valve covers have never been off.

Any ideas as to why two brand new rocker arms would fail? My mechanic says that they failed in exactly the same spot on the push rod side of the
arm. Now I have no faith in the rest of the arms. When are the remaining rocker arms going to fail? I don't want to replace them with the same
thing if they are just going to break again in another 2000 miles.

Stainless steel rocker arms from Jesel are very expensive, $200.oo each. $3200 to make sure my motor stays together? It's getting a little
expensive over here
