[DeTomaso] Cutting chrome tips

I'd pay a muffler shop to do it with a metal band saw ( fine tooth ) and
then file the edges so they are less dangerous to anyone who might back into
the car with bare legs or flattened tatas.

Set up a clamp vise to ensure and 4 are cut at the same angle.
