Has anyone put the WLED-WHP Pure White Power 12 VDC in their gauges/console?  See the info below from superbrightleds.com.
If so does this larger bulb fit through the socket easily and what modifications were required?
 
In reviewing the emails and web on Panteras and interior LEDs it appears most people were diasappointed.
The main complaints I see are that the LEDs are not much brighter than stock and too blue.
The larger wedge based bulb (WLED-WHP) was thought to be brighter by some p-car owners but looks rather large in the pics.  It does not appear to plug into the socket like the BA9s Bayonet based bulbs.
Any opinions on white versus green or blue with the stock gauges?
