The ZF torque for the two tension bolts is 147 inch lbs and the others bolts 
I believe to be 173 inch lbs.

On Quella's recommendation I do not use a gasket; rather I use Yamabond.  I 
suspect that tightening the bolts will not help at this point; although of 
course, it is worth a try.
