Tony, I would guess it's a crank out of Holbrook Racing Engines (Livonia, Michigan).  It appears that they are, and have been, building Ford motors for quite a while.  Here's a link to their website: http://www.holbrookracingengines.com/
You might contact the shop and run the ID markings by them.
