NO EMPLOYER EVER CARES ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE!!!

Bottom line,bottom line,profits,profits. PERIOD.

That is why, many decades ago, workers banded together and
formed UNIONS.

Sort of like...........The United States of America.

Weekends...vacations...health care...pensions...heated workplaces...
no child labor...no company stores...workplace safety...ETC

These are taken for granted by all workers....NOW.

But if not for the Unions' efforts, no one would enjoy these benefits.

But now Big Business, suffering from years of managerial malfeasance
and CEO/Wall Street/investor short term greed, is once again pushing
the "Evil, greedy Unions have caused all this mess" bullshit.

And non-union folks who work in a nice, safe, climate controlled workplace
and take their sick leave, vacations, and health care for granted are  buying
this Union=the-root-of-the-problem crap.

Unions did too good a job. They got all the benefits, the ones they had to 
fight so hard for, incorporated into America Society through laws,
giving those benefits to everyone.

And then, with that same strength, they continued to fight for better wages.  

And are now being vilified for bettering themselves.

Wake up folks. When the Unions are busted, YOUR benefits are next.
