I was asked from nice US fellows whyle attending Classic Le Mans: 
How can we get more Europeens to attend meetings in the US ?
I had no real answer for that.
I know for sure, that less Europeens would attend a meeting in Reno.
Why? For the most of us, the traveling route goes over LA to take the
"vendors tour" and see what our favorite vendor has for us. 
Usually we share a rental car from LA to Vegas. Flights from Europe to
Vegas are way cheaper, than combinated flights to Vegas or Reno.
This year i saved 350.- Euro alone on the flights, whitch i could spend
at the vendors. Vegas had a lot more for us. You might laugh, but a visit
at Harbour Freight was for me and my friends a big experiance. 
Also a day at the Las Vegas speed way with all the vintage dragsters,
that we only knew from TV was a great adventure. 
Sadly, i couldn't partissipate the PI Go Cart event.
OK, Parrump is boaring for spectators. I could only see the cars for some seconds, grab a drink and see
them again. Maybe the Reno speed way is better in that. But for me, that would be
the only better thing in Reno. I was there in 2000 on a trip round SF, Las Vegas and LA.
It was the most boaring place i ever was. What ever you choose, for me is the only
choice Las Vegas or go to Monterey.
By the way, i still couldn't fill the sourvey, because i can't find my POCA membership
number. I have the membership directory on my desk, but there are also no numbers.
