One other issue I should point out is that the Concorso organizer did
not choose the airport because he thought it was a good idea.  He had to
choose it.

Golf courses are hard to come by, only a few have good in/out traffic
flow, and rents start at $200,000.  With Quail and Blackhorse no longer
available, the airport was the best of the available and affordable
options.
