[DeTomaso] the 3M stuff protecting sandblasting

When my Mach I was done some 10 plus years back, they  used a product  
called "chip guard" on the rockers. It looks slightly textured and is  
rock hard.  It stood up to all kinds of sandblasting behind the front  
wheels.

Unfortunately, they painted the color over the chip guard, so it was  
naturally the first thing to sandblast off.  So now I'm left with  
chipguard exposing yellow primer.

I would use the same product again, just making sure the shop uses it  
correctly.
