I found out earlier this week that Curt Toumanian's beloved wife Diane passed away after an extended illness in March. I know most of you who knew and loved Curt and Diane would want to know about the sad news.

Diane was the sweetest woman. The most gracious, kind and loving woman....a wonderful wife and mother and friend to all who knew her. To give you an example of how strong she was even at the end she made it a point of writing a loving note to her son on his 22nd Birthday in his original baby book. The next day she passed away.

I talked Curt into joining us this weekend in Vegas for the Fun Rally (thank you Judy!) and we should both be at the track in pahrumph on Friday. As some of you know Curt was an original TPR "plank-holder" at Silver State who ran with us, the late Ellis Woumnm, Pete Beckham, Erik Belter and others. Diane was always a great supporter of Curt's passion for both the Pantera and racing and later ministering whether it was at Ground Zero right after 9-11 or in Bosnia and other places in Eastern Europe.

I talked Curt into joining us this weekend in Vegas for the Fun Rally (thank you Judy for helping on accommodations!) and we should both be at the track in pahrumph on Friday.

If you remember and love Curt or Diane like I do I hope you will write him a note of condolences. I know he would like to hear from you. You can reach him at

See many of you in Vegas on Friday.
