Thanks for everyone's help. Here is what I tracked down:

#1631, 5-1/2" dia., 4 bolt, 2 groove, 2 groove aluminum pulley, $93.72 ,
weight about 2 lbs.

March Performance confirmed the same stock number is used in the 302, 351W,
5.0 (reverse rotation water pump)  Years 1969-1/2 through 1995

Does anyone have any suggestions for an aluminum crank pulley (double v )? 

Will the pulley cross from the 5.0 engine from about '79-'85?
