[DeTomaso] Size for half shaft bolts washers

Hey, you're right!   The De Tomaso parts book does indeed show washers in 
there.   I'm pretty sure mine don't have any, and it seems to me that the other 
cars I've worked with were lacking them too.   Could be wrong though?
