The ruler is not for precision scaling and alignment.  Its just to tell you
whether the scale if off or not.  It's like the Pantera gauges -- they're
just idiot lights.

'letronic gadgets (faxes, scanners and such) are probably fairly accurate, 
but not to "exact" - it won't take many percent to become a hea docky. 
(head ache).

In 2" how many percent is the width of a line on a cheap ruler?

David, no matter how many time I cut  . . .its still too short.
