[DeTomaso] Broken Deck Lid Latch Saga Continues

I need the measurements on where to plac ethe holes to mount this new style
catch.

It occurred to me that the easiest way to do this would be to find another
car that had the other style of deck lid catch ( as shown on the website
above ), have them remove the old style "dumb bell" shaped catch and do a
rubbing ( like a gravestone ) which ich also show the indentions, the cutout
and the holes.

Then scan that and email it to me, I'll size it to fit the space and mark
for the holes.
Any takers?
