[DeTomaso] Exhaust

Looks like tree-Y headers. Theese are very good design, just pair the pipes
as the original gr3 headers to get the right pulsing. allright, gr3 headers
may look
4 in to one but they are not, its just that the last Y is very short. Apart
from design,
the regular lenght and diameter calculation must of course be used for
proper function.
Moost of the time 3Y headers is used for mid range power.
