I've done 3 in the past 3 years.  The numbers below are consistent with my
findings.  You can't do much better than this.  You can obviously spend
more.

At last, a topic I'm an expert on!
Has anyone had to rebuild more Clevelands than I (5) over the past five
years?
Mike, the best you can hope for is $1,500.00 for a "refresh" (rings,
bearings, honing, valve job, etc) but if you need parts it will average
about $3,500.00.


PS: Feel free to ask me what the builder should NOT do.
